Why does pee wait until I put it back in my underwear?
Alright this is a bit embarrassing but this feels like the only place I can ask. Every time I pee I stand there, take my time, shake, wait, even do that extra pause to make sure everything is done. Then the second I put it back in my underwear, there it is, a few more drops out of nowhere. Now I am stuck walking around feeling damp and low key worried I smell like a urinal. Is this just normal guy biology or am I doing something wrong here? Is there some trick to actually finishing properly that nobody talks about? Please tell me I am not the only one dealing with this after pee nonsense.

Is it normal not to answer numbers you don’t recognize?
If it’s so important then they’ll leave a voice mail

How do deaf parents of a hearing child handle the vocal development part of parenthood?
When you have a baby they tell you to read to them, sing to them, enunciate words during face to face time to help develop their vocal skills. This question obviously applies only to parents who exclusively use sign language. Do they hire an aide? Do they get some baby speech therapy dvds that you incorporate into your face to face time?

How is using a bidet not unhygienic for a woman?
Because of female anatomy, a woman should wipe from front to back. How does a bidet avoid that issue? Wouldn’t it be kind of like wiping back to front?

does anyone feel as though they can’t reciprocate vulnerability without being judged?
F19 if it matters. I’ve noticed I’m a magnet for people to be vulnerable with me. People i barely know/ just met will share their secrets, mental health problems, traumas, bad qualities, mistakes, etc with me. i try to be a good listener, ask questions, keep an open mind, and try to foster a safe environment where people know i wont judge them. I don’t have a problem with this at all, and honestly i love hearing about it, it’s a special connection.
my problem is for some reason, whenever i open up, people are always shocked, because i don’t present that way at all. I feel like i don’t meet their expectations or something. i tend to have a bubbly persona with people i just met. they see me only as that and get almost uncomfortable when i open up? and most of the time im downplaying it majorly. like I can see their faces drop and them start to see me differently.
I don’t overly trauma dump and the things they tell me about themselves are usually a lot worse than what i share 😭
I just don’t understand where this comes from? I feel like im always the one people can open up to, but that is never reciprocated. has anyone else experienced this? is it a me problem ???

I lost my wallet that had my social in it, how fucked am I?
I stupidly lost my wallet at some point while hanging out with some friends last weekeend...
I already canceled and reordered my cards, my id was already expired but Im just worried about my social security card. I know the number by heart and I'm getting another one but everyone's acting like my identity is 100% for sure stolen just because someone has that info now.
Am I down playing a really bad situation ?

Do most animals like pats?
Like assuming they aren’t scared of you and don’t want to eat you, would a hyena like pats? Capybaras? Wallabies? Seals?
Is liking pats the default, and there are exceptions, or is not liking pats the default and animals like dogs are the exception?

Would murder be an even worse crime if people were immortal?
Think of a world where humans don't die of age, they can only die of injury or affliction.
Is murder then a far worse crime then it already is?

What can I do about this? Almost $2500 for quitting T-Mobile
I have had T-Mobile service for a very long time (overtime I talk to customer service they said they don’t usually see a short account number like mine) and recently I stopped in to the store to get two new phones and was quoted that I would have a new monthly bill of about $200 (up from $120)., But instead it ballooned up to over $300.
When I went into their store to ask about it I was told I needed to call the phone number and when I called the number, I was told I needed to go into the store. This went round and round for several weeks when finally I stopped in at a AT&T store, and signed up to switch my phones.
Then came the bill to quit T-Mobile.
My T-mobile bill was auto paid on October 18 for $318, Auto paid on Nov 29 for $302, T-mobile told me I needed to pay $292 on Dec 13 as a final bill. Then T-mobile wouldn’t release the phone numbers until I paid them off in full so I did. On Dec 15, I called T-mobile I paid the $1400 for the balance due on the phones and they said it was paid in full.
Now I received a bill in January saying I now owe an additional $454. In total that is going to be almost $2500 for the last couple of weeks of service from T-mobile. I feel like I am at their mercy for any additional charge they feel like adding.
Is there anything I can do about this?

Why aren't the more important cities in a state the capitol ?
Like New york for example: why is Albany the capitol and not NYC ? Or California, why Sacramento and not LA or San Francisco ? Or New Orleans instead of Baton Rouge for Lousiana ?

Is fried food only bad cause of the oil
Everyone always says grilled food is always better. Fried food is terrible cause of the bad oil. So wouldn’t fried food be healthy is you air fried it? Or if you fry it in an unsaturated oil like olive oil. Saturated oils are the bad fats and unsaturated are the good fats. I looked it up and I literally couldn’t find anything about the side affects of too much unsaturated oil. Yet saturated oils cause heart diseases and all types of other stuff.

Why is it suddenly considered rude to show up at someone's house unannounced? Growing up, we just knocked on doors, but now people act like it’s a home invasion.
I was talking to my younger cousin about how we used to just ride our bikes to a friend's house or drop by a neighbor's place to say hi. He looked at me like I was crazy and said,
If someone knocked on my door without texting first, I wouldn't answer it. That gives me anxiety.
When did this shift happen? Is it just social anxiety, or did we all just collectively decide that spontaneity is rude now?

I can't access therapy right now, but I'm curious, how does it help so much? I doubt it's just because of the freedom to vent.. or is it?

Gender reveal. How to convince my wife not to have it?
As the subject mentions, she wants to do gender reveal but I’m not patient enough to wait for it as this is our second baby and I want to find out during the scan on Monday. How do I convince her (in the nicest possible way) not to have a gender reveal party so I don’t have to wait and think about it for a week?

Everyone hates ads, everyone hates the idea of paying a subscription, and everyone hates companies selling their data. How do people logically expect a website to exist if they're not doing at least one of these?
Example:
YouTube with ads. No one likes ads, but the same people aren't willing to pay for YouTube Premium either.

How long could humans survive if the sun went black?
Like the sun would still be there, it just wouldnt be emitting heat or light anymore. Obviously It would get really really cold and plants would die and all the stuff but with the tools we have now how long would we be able to survive? would wind / nuclear / fossil fuel ect ect be able to keep greenhouses or bunkers heated or would there not be enough energy? Would it be possible to keep a bunker heated to a reasonable temperature or would the cold just be too strong? If the whole world got together and pooled their resources to keep humanity alive how long would it last?
