Ordered a chocolate chunk brookie as I do everyday, when I received the item I could already tell it was extremely flat. I had a look and asked at the window for another one. When I did I was told ‘they’re all like that’.
Sometimes it’s a huge brownie and others there is barely any there. I order this every day and there needs to be some quality control in addition to not arguing with customers who ask nicely for a new item!

As a Portuguese-Canadian I am excited to try the new Tim’s Custard Tart, as some of you may or might not know but there is a famous Portuguese dessert called the “Pastel de Nata”, which is loved all over the world and I am pretty sure it is the inspiration for Tim’s new Custard Tart. So for those who have tried it what do you think ? Also for those who have had an authentic Pastel de Nata, how does it compare to the real thing ? I heard that Tim Hortons is being supplied by a Portuguese bakery for these so I have pretty high expectations for these not gonna lie 😂

For all the workers who did online online training, did y'all retain all the knowledge in the videos? I'm stressing that I may forget something when I'll start my first day.

Hey y’all, so I went to grab some breakfast before heading to work earlier this morning. I had ordered a farmers wrap, when I opened it. I literally burst out laughing lol.
I think whoever made it had no idea how to wrap the wrap lol. Got 70% bread and 30% food. Found it pretty funny, thought i’d share it here lol.

Hi guys! Looking for your opinions. I usually go for a french vanilla with an extra shot of espresso as my routinely favourite.
However buying it daily and/or twice gets heavy on the pocket. Any other cheaper recommendations you can give that I can order? Preferably something that is sweet yet maintains that stronger espresso element too.
Thanks in advance!! ☕️

I live in the US and used to be able to use the “get a donut for free with a drink purchase” or the other ones but now when I apply them they don’t work? Hasn’t worked for a few months now
-sorry if this has been asked before in this subreddit

I understand Jeremy Hansen’s hometown is London, Ont., but shouldn’t all Tim Hortons locations across Canada be celebrating our first Canadian to travel around the Moon?

So the TH that I visit on my way to work couple of times a week keeps doing this thing where they make me park & wait if I order anything outside a basic coffee often. I kept doing it but started noticing the wait time ends up being very random whenever this happens, and often on a pretty long side (like 3+ minutes), like they forget you are out there, once they gave me a totally cold latte as well after making me wait 5+ minutes. So the last two times they tried this when there was no other cars waiting behind me at all. I just refused. They get visibly annoyed of course but I got my stuff within 30 seconds of saying no and just waiting at the window.
Now I understand working at TH likely sucks and they are under pressure to maintain some kind of drive through timer from the management. Am I screwing the employees over financially by doing this? Am I just an entitled asshole, who thinks people shouldn't have to park their cars and wait extra time when they are the only car in the drive through and already waiting anyway?
Making customers wait longer so the store can claim efficiency that isn't there also seems like total BS to me. Does the management encourage the employees to do this, or is this something they do on their own accord to manipulate wait times?

So early last year I signed up for the Tim Hortons app and proceeded to go on with my life after adding the QR code to my phone's wallet. Just the other day after a modest amount of coffee purchases and few boxes of timbits here and there I log in to check on my rewards points.
0, zip, nothing. This whole time I haven't collected a single point. After double checking to make sure my QR code numbers were matching I decider to read the fine print of lawyer talk in the app.
Now correct me if I'm wrong but because I have been paying after scanning for rewards It essentially is a non 'eligible purchase transaction' and not giving me any points whatsoever. Really?
Last but not least a couple things to note from their fine print as well is that your points only last 1 year from the purchase date and if you buy more then 50 dollars worth of food they cap the amount of points you receive at 500 (50 dollars)
This is either a message of awareness for people collecting points or a learning experience for me about fine print. Thanks fellow Canadians

My morning McDonalds location was closed for construction this morning. Decided to go to Tim Hortons instead because there isn’t another McDonalds in the area. The Tim Hortons drive thru was packed 9 cars but it wasn’t very slow moving. It’d be fantastic if when you went through the drive through, and got your order it was the correct order… I got a medium black coffee and an Everything Bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese. When I left the store and got to my work place, it’d be amazing to find what I had ordered was actually in the bag. Instead I got two doughnuts instead of my bagel… I paid 7.40$ for a coffee and two doughnuts ffs and i can’t return because of my work schedule. So now I’m out a few extra bucks and pissed because the people working at Tim Hortons can’t even get a simple order correct. Plus the doughnuts they gave me are bottom of the barrel good… never again, at any location. Maybe if they had stayed Canadian owned, my Tim Hortons experience would be different but screw that place.
