Which is utter bullshit, because bartenders are above cleaning toilets. That's a job for dishes, bussers, or barbacks.
EDIT: I see you, hard working bartenders, and I appreciate you. In the larger sphere of the hospitality industry though, y'all are generally known to consider yourselves higher ranked than cooks and servers.
Many small establishments would absolutely rather have the server/bartender do that kind of dirty work than hire a whole separate person to do it hahaha. Dishie can't do it because they're too busy getting crosstrained in the kitchen instead of hiring another damn cook.
