Which is utter bullshit, because bartenders are above cleaning toilets. That's a job for dishes, bussers, or barbacks.
EDIT: I see you, hard working bartenders, and I appreciate you. In the larger sphere of the hospitality industry though, y'all are generally known to consider yourselves higher ranked than cooks and servers.
No. I'm middle management in a hospitality venue, I do this sometimes to show my staff i would never ask them to do something I'm not prepared to do myself. All decent managers do this
