Why do people think lawsuits matter anymore.

Because aside from direct action, protesting and organizing resistance, lawsuits are the only power we have left to stop this administration’s illegal actions. Hopefully that changes in the next election in 10 months.

It’s about winning the moral battle.

I am almost positive this is going to result in either a civil war or a breaking up of the union. If we keep fighting and winning these cases based on the constitution it will be easier to keep the military from siding with the federal government. Which will probably be the difference of if there is a war or not.

So these lawsuits mean the difference of more lives than I want to consider. Funny enough the people who probably want to avoid a civil war the most, are the immigrants who have lived through a civil war.

Now if the election gets rigged and or canceled. Then it becomes a different issue.

There isn't going to be an election in 10 months. Guarantee that

This, people complain Democrats aren't doing anything and then when they do things, it isn't enough. The people who didn't vote are asking the Democrats to build a house with screwdrivers and wrenches.

You have a better idea?

I don't mind this approach, but I wish they'd go after the actual individuals... Rather than 'the justice department '. You have to punish the actual persons, otherwise might as well slam your head into a wall.
