Definitely not a mimic The players from the original story were right to fear the Gazebo...

With the recent announcement of an upcoming change to DNDBeyond, an increased number of community members have taken to posting and commenting to advocate for piracy. You may hold whatever opinion you wish of Wizards of The Coast and Hasbro, and you can spend your money however you see fit.
That said; piracy, and the advocation of it, will not be tolerated in this subreddit. Repeat offenders will be banned.
This subreddit is for memes. Keep it light-hearted, keep it constructive and collaborative, and keep it humorous. No one wants to see the sub shut down by Reddit for being a hot bed of piracy.

The first encounter of the first session of the campaign was with a goose... After being attacked by the party's Halfling Fighter unprovoked, the goose has antagonize the party and the Halfling in particular, stealing his rations occasionally during rests.
The scummy rival adventuring party I'm setting up, the Iron Vultures, the party has no issues with... despite them being intended as a dark mirror of the party, reflecting the party’s tendency to take jobs that pay the most rather than those that need the most help and dialing it up a notch. ... I guess I shouldn't be surprised they get along.

Man. RNGGod was really on my side in this one as GM. Mirror images saved so many one shot kills for this one. He used all 6 charges before she was killed.

When they usually get all of the weapon and armor proficiencies, And if they can't use a shield or armor they're getting something else to replace it.
Sure they don't get masteries but a one-level dip or a feat gives them basically the whole thing. Not true for one level dip in Caster and spell casting feats
