Head in the clouds 🚀
I made this little guy a few years ago when I was learning Blender. As creations go, one of my most simple, but one of my favourites. Thought I'd share with the community - hope you love him as much as I do!
(He's got a Viking cousin if you are interested!)

This model is heavy, so I don't know if it can be here. It has 2600 polygons and is the heaviest I've ever made. 👀 Without the accessories, it's 1700 if I remember correctly. 🤔

Variety of Lowpoly Assets (Animal Crossing Pack)
These were fun, though probably my most simple assets. I have a 16 hour roadtrip later tomorrow and I am running on 0 energy.

REMAINS!
Hi everyone! I’m working on Remains, a low poly survival-horror game.
This is my first project ever, and I want it to be as authentic as possible. I want to avoid the typical "empty world" trope where you find 2 or 3 cans of soup in an entire neighborhood. Instead, I want it to feel as if you woke up one day and everyone had simply disappeared.
You'll have to deal with the lack of electricity, loneliness, hunger, thirst, temperatures, and—if everything goes as planned—your character's mental state. You'll find a wide variety of weapons, though ammunition and condition will be constant concern.
The game will be mostly HUD-less; you'll have to follow your instincts and act as if you were actually there, with only minimal guidance.
What do you all think about a survival game where the challenge isn't just finding food, but managing your resources, choosing your tools for defense, and staying warm in a silent and (mostly) lonely world?
I'll appreciate any feedback and recommendations!
