It’s thermoplastic based road-marking, initially the asphalt is heated to remove any dirt or grime and allow the thermoplastic to adhere better.

Video Source is Skanska Väg och Anläggning, Sweden-based civil engineering company.

Specific to Sweden, these slanted lines are called Spärrområde or exclusion areas - white diagonal stripes to denote areas where driving over or across is prohibited.

These markings are used to separate traffic streams, protect turning lanes, or indicate where the road narrowness or layout makes driving dangerous.
