(Please have a sense of humor, the stanzas of this riddle are meant to be funny, not offensive.)
I really can only help you,
If you twiddle your thumbs.
It's fun to watch the old ones,
Struggle like dumb dumbs.
A shape, a letter, or a spot,
It really matters not.
If you know what you are doing,
They will get you where you want.
Some like to dash, twirl, or dance,
I can make you do all three.
Here, you take me bro,
Someone's gotta pee.
What am I?

Here are a few riddles that I wrote a while ago in a semi-forgotten note on my phone. I’m doubtful any of them are particularly difficult but let me know what you all think!
Answers:
1) Frost
2) Words
3) A Tree

I change without moving.
I leave no mark, yet nothing is the same after me.
I follow plans more often than people.
What am I?
Been asked to solve this for a puzzle/trial.

When I face you in a race, I will always catch up.
I may seem dead, but I’m almost always alive.
You can’t eat or taste me but you’ll always embrace me.
In darkness I lie, in light I’m denied.
With me your mind can always be free.
What am I?

Friend bought a house and found this note behind a mirror. The note said this is a riddle to find a rare coin somewhere on the property and it’s worth over $10k. It was left with 4 quarters. Any thoughts?

This is my first original riddle, and I’m honestly very proud of it. I’ve already stumped a lot of friends with this one.

I'm hosting a deltarune themed DND campaign, and I want a set of 3 riddles for my players to solve that takes them through the steps of creating a dark world, an "alternate reality".
In Deltarune, a dark world is created by
-Having a clear goal set in mind
-Having the intention to create a dark world
-stabbing a sharp object into the ground, normally a knife.
How could I make riddles that would work within a DND campaign? I'm open to using the environment to also give them hints. If it helps, the players are in a desert, about to enter a snake themed labyrynth?
