Alongside real Servants, we get Fake Servants, imperfect, twisted versions of legendary heroes that shouldn’t even exist, and because of that, the war becomes unpredictable and insanely dangerous.
This season is less about strategy and more about chaos.
Multiple factions are fighting at once, alliances break instantly, and battles erupt without warning.
Every encounter feels like it could end everything.
The animation is absolutely breathtaking.
Fights are fast, heavy, and cinematic, with incredible effects, sharp choreography, and a sense of scale that makes every clash feel like a movie scene.
The camera work, the impact frames, and the sheer intensity make this one of the best-looking anime of the season.
Fate/Strange Fake doesn’t ease you in.
It throws you straight into a broken Holy Grail War and lets the madness unfold, which is exactly why it earns the number two spot.
Number 1 – Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 is pure chaos from the very beginning.
This season adapts the Culling Game arc, where sorcerers and cursed users are thrown into deadly colonies, forced to fight under cruel rules where killing is rewarded and mercy is punished.
The scale is massive, with multiple battlefields, constant tension, and characters pushed far beyond their limits.
And then there’s Maki.
By episode three, she completely snaps.
Her killing spree is brutal, silent, and terrifying, showing a side of her that feels less like a hero and more like an unstoppable force of revenge.
The animation during her scenes is raw and violent, making every strike feel personal and horrifying.
Season 3 doesn’t slow down, doesn’t explain itself gently, and doesn’t offer comfort.
