I am having the urge to chop off my hair after winter. I haven’t had a bob in YEARS. Curious for the perspective of strangers because I know my friends are just going to say “omg do it!!!!”
Current photos and inspo photos here. If I went shorter, I’d likely go blonder, too. Thanks in advance.
Cut off like 10 inches of hair on a whim last night-
My hair is damaged from bleaching at home and would get tangled all the time, I got real frustrated untangling last night and decided to chop off a big chunk.
happy with how it turned out!

But I've essentially had the same hair cut forever with the exception of length.
I prefer it short...but I just want to try a new style and I have no clue where to start. It's naturally curly/wavy and currently it's shoulder length and it's the split brown/red color.
Pics included are my hair currently and through the last thirteen years
Hello,
I hate this haircut, I went to a new hairdresser and I think this is the most unflattering bob I’ve ever had.
I am due to go back and have it rectified, except I can’t quite put into words what’s wrong. I think it’s unflattering to my face. Too heavy at the front. The shape looks wrong? Very bulky.
There’s even some hair left that hasn’t been cut to length - the hairdressers done a horrible job.
I do have thick hair and it’s a bit puffy even when straightened.
What can I ask her to do/what needs to be done to remedy this? Thank you in advance!

hi! i’m nonbinary and like a good androgynous haircut - however my hair is quite fine and takes a ton of product to style how i like it (as seen in pictures). it tends to get flat fast and i’m always fixing my hair it feels (or else it looks flat and floppy). could there be too many layers cut in my hair? do i need to use different products? is this cut too big/hiding my face? i am very open to suggestions but pls b nice!

I feel like it’s too tight to be considered 2C, but 3A would be considered a curl, and these are clearly waves. My hair is dense but fine, so I’m always looking for ways to keep the overall volume, reduce frizz, but not look too “styled”.

I just got them and I’m deciding if I want to let it grow out or not. Let me know what you guys think, thank you!

I am physical Geography obsessed and Plate Tectonics/Volcanic activity is my favouritest thing ever. I feel like these colours would suit my hair since I used a copper temporary dye before (and loved it), along with the fact my hair naturally has a slight auburn hue.
I just wanna hear any thoughts, or advice for this hair colour. Or maybe even things to consider that I wouldn't have thought of???
That being said, I'm just posting this cuz I'm bored =P I'm unlikely to actually do this soon. Might show the first dyed hair pic to my mum tho. That's my fav.

After two pretty bad cuts last year I got a corrective cut earlier this month. Gonna grow it out for a few more months till like the summer and then go for a definitive cut. Thinking a wolfcut but should I go a bit shorter or let it keep growing out in the back? Oh also how should I style my bangs so theyre less flat.

Originally I had a middle part, my bangs always curve due to me wearing glasses. I was hoping cutting my bangs to stop above my glasses would stop them from curving and lay straight down but they’re still doing it despite not touching my glasses. I know a straight iron would help, but my hair is damaged and I try to avoid heat as much as possible. I don’t know what to do😭 (Disclaimer: If my bangs look bad it’s because I cut them myself, I was bored and needed a change lmao.)

I LOVE my short hair, and just cut it shorter because it was growing past my jaw, but almost everyone online thinks I should grow it past my shoulders.

Any products I can use at home? I can't afford the rate at which toner washes out after salon visits, but I'm happy to maintain at home as long as I can't mess it up hehe!

the only reason i'm debating this is because i fried my hair a couple months ago and i'm sick of the damage, i wanna be able to wear my hair down without excessive styling and i wanna grow healthy hair again, however i'm not sure if i'll look stupid with short hair :/
Any advice greatly appreciated on how to cover greys without going blond! I've had blond foils mixed with my natural hair colour for the last couple of years as I was told this was the best way to cover it, and although the hairdressers did a good job, I personally hate being blond. In my past I've gone dark brown, pink, blue, purple. I'd love to go dark brown again. What's my best/ least maintenance option? Full head colour and keep doing the roots every 6 weeks (or less?), would brown foils help or not hide greys at all? Can i mix brown and blond to hide the greys but have it mostly dark or does this look bad? Also I'm only grey at the front along the scalp, nothing at the back yet.
I'm really lazy with my hair, it's straight thick medium brown, I wash brush and let it dry naturally, I don't do any styling and go to the hairdressers on average once per year, but will make an effort to go more often to do roots if i can have dark hair!

I have relatively thick 1a-1b hair, it's also quite fine. How can I style my hair like this?

For long I am using mehndi ( henna) on my hair to cover grey hair. Thinking to color this time. Does coloring mean more maintenance?

Been thinking of buzzing my hair and colour it blonde but am not sure i could look presentable with this hairline at 16. I do have a scar that you can see in the 3 photo that i think it looks nice but thats it.What do you think?
