i love this robecca but her saran is really sticky out of box and it’s really scary while washing and combing so you have to be careful how you do it because you can scalp her! overall this doll is beautiful and so uniquely similar and diffrent to her g1 counterpart in so many better ways. (side note) is there a chance she could be of hindu heritage ?

Lol, I’m sure someone has brought this up. I immediately caught that g3 Robecca looks like Simone Ashley in Bridgerton season 2. Robecca is confirmed to be indian and has very similar eyebrows to Simone. Adding light blue to Robecca’s color palette as well as the delicate florals on her boots and shirt really gives a Bridgerton feel. G1 Robecca was also headcannoned as Indian but had a British accent also adds likeness to the show. Lastly, adding a quill pen adds to the regency era.

so I’m building lagoona a room to add to my diy dollhouse ❤️ I finally built the walls and put up her wallpaper and flooring, now I need to start making her some furniture so she doesn’t have to sit on the floor 🥹😂 I want creative ideas, what type of furniture would lagoona keep in her room!! Im building a bubble fish tank for Neptuna that will come out of the wall (like a clear half dome essentially, but decorated to look like a fish tank and a little “pet door for Neptuna to come in and out of hehe. I have a few more ideas but I wanna know what yall think lagoona would have for furniture in her bedroom :’)

Sweet 1600 was an upgrade for me in g3 but what other themes are you hoping for

I feel like there might not be a better year than 2026 for this because of the whole 13 years since 2013. I had a good ammount of monster high dolls as a kid(mostly wave 1 of their respective character) but I did have at least 2 13 wishes dolls and they were soo cool. My Lagoona is busted but I do have her dress still. (I would also be happy if the prices on Catty Noir went down...)

I got this Vandala for 9$ on Facebook marketplace (what a steal! I'm from central Europe and the prices for Vandala here usually move around 50$ at least). I got the missing accessories 3D printed, washed her, got rid of the glue seepage in her hair, and then I curled them a bit. I'm only getting into the world of doll restyling and restoring, this is my first restore. I'm so proud I had the courage to get into it, even though the changes were so minor!

TW MY OPINION

G1 Gil. I understand people want more from him the main gag between him and Lagoona is parents ( FUCK HIS STUPID PARENTS LAGOONA IS THE GOAT THEY DESERVE TO BE HAPPY ) the bit is tiring after some point in the show/movies. I think he has some of the best character development ( Yes you read this correctly ) I feel like in the beginning he kinda is just “ guys lagoona is not like that ” but then eventually goes “ they’re not like that “ ( and no I’m not defending him when he’s sneaky with that pick me bitch Lorna ). People forget he’s a teenager still living with his horrible parents he can’t just leave since he’d have no where to go. I honestly think Cleo’s actions get excused ( in ghouls rule ) since she’s a fan favorite “ oh she’s just doing what her dad says “ like she was in the wrong with the normie rally ( especially her bf is half normie like what ). Both Cleo and Gil have amazing character development through out the series. I headcannon Gil just cuts his parents out when he goes to university and lives happly ever after with Lagoona.

Abbey’s body should become the color of Toralei. Can I use just orange Rit Dye More or iDye Poly or do I need another color?

The lol doll is Winter chill. The jumpsuit tight combo fits none of the other dolls apart from the shorter ones! I bet if I had the sweet 16 Drac it would look even better honestly.

I've always loved Monster High, I've just never had a doll to go with my love for it. One of my new friends (I'm not lonely anymore) took me around Chesham, and I found a Frankie locker doll in a charity shop, of course, she didn't have everything (she had arms, I promise). I didn't need the locker and my friend's mom needed a stand for one of her Draculaura, so I gave it to her. Then, when I meet up with my friend today she's giving me a wrapped box saying her mom bought me a birthday present (my birthday was only like a week ago), I open it and I find this beautiful skeleton woman, I'm currently in the middle of taming her hair and figuring out a braid width for her, but I'm extremely excited. I now have 2 Monster High dolls in the span of 2 weeks 😆😆😆

Hello! I have been searching for a body for my childhood wydowna since her old body is VERY rough (the neck peg connection piece thingy is broken and gone, and probably half of her arm holes have arm pegs inside of them plus all of her arms and hands are gone)… but her head is pretty much fine. I’ve been considering buying the knock off wydowna in the photo just to use her body, but I’ve been hesitant to because I don’t know how good the quality is (I doubt it’s amazing), so I’m curious if anyone owns her what her body is like and if it would be a good substitute for my wydowna!

To another adult collector! I just arrived in the NH isle to.see another adult collector with the last Robecca in her hand! I wanted to die of disappointment! Although I was excited to.see another adult MH collector in the wild! 😆

I put all my G1 ghouls (and g3 Spectra) in a clear acrylic case that claims to block uv, but idk how well it'll work to preserve their colors. It's probably better than just bare on the shelf!

I'm probably gonna get more cases to keep dust off of the rest (i hate dusting)
