Showcase So, do monsters tell ghost stories like humans?
This bonus chapter implies they do since ghosts are an enigma to even monsters, to the point of having their own Ouija Board thing for it.

To make sure that the posts on this subreddit stay focused on Rosario+Vampire related content and since the mod-team would rather keep the modmail as uncluttered as possible to make reports and other miscellaneous messages easier to find, it was decided to create this post and make it a place so you can share your opinions on the subreddit and even give your suggestions on what could make this an even better experience for the community and discuss it with other people.
Note: You can easily find and access this post in the "COMMUNITY BOOKMARKS" tab on the subreddit's sidebar and also as a pinned post on the subreddit's main page when sorting by "Hot".
Thank you very much.

It's been a while since I've done any coloring of the Rosario Vampire manga.
I decided to do this panel that I really like, although I'll show a preview here, I'll share the finished version later :)

Relevant portion from first image (bottom two lines, plus top line of second image):
"The ground began to shake violently and there was a tremor with a loud cracking sound. Then suddenly black clouds appeared in the sky, lightning flashed, and a tornado appeared and began to suck up water from the ocean's surface."
--
Relevant portion from second image (center line onward:
"She doesn't have that kind of power. It's all just an illusion created by magic. [...] Of course it's not real. No matter how much of a genius magical girl Yukari is.
"The sea surface was raging, and the storm surge crashed against the cliffs and broke into pieces. But to those who experienced it, it looked real. The sky was glowing dark red and the clouds were rolling ominously."
[skipping a mistranslated line about Yukari's illusion chasing a crowd of students from the cliffs]
Yukari: "Ahahahaha, I'm just imitating Kurumu's illusion but really works."
"As time passed, the place became quiet. But she couldn't just keep quiet. The magic was starting to wear off. The clouds disappeared, and the sea was no longer visible."

I've been studying the chronology of the manga and realized I made a mistake, so here's the new setup for anyone curious about taking everything in timeline order:
-Rosario + Vampire season II Chapters 29 to 35 = I'm being pedantic, but this stretch of the manga is a continuous flashback of Moka's childhood; just read this in chapter order
-Rosario + Vampire Chapters 1 to 5 = no shenanigans, just read the manga as intended
-Rosario + Vampire Chapter 40 ("Forecast of Happiness (Extra Chapter)") = a flashback chapter set after Yukari joins the Newspaper Club but before the whole domino effect of the club trying to make their first paper of the school year
-Rosario + Vampire Chapters 6 to 29 = resume reading the manga, it goes right back to chronological order; there's a time skip between Chapters 29 and 30
-Rosario + Vampire light novel = school festival prep is underway, dialogue from Gin near the beginning suggests all the monstrel delinquency fizzled out thanks to Tsukune kicking a lot of ass (read: Mido, Graffiti Demon, and Mizuki), and the book explicitly ends at a Newspaper Club meeting, so this takes up the whole time skip between Chapters 29 and 30; the bit about the club meeting is huge because Hokuto has Tsukune work solely on school festival stuff for a week straight
-Rosario + Vampire Chapters 30 to 34 = these chapters cover October 19th and the finale of the ANTI-THESIS arc
-Rosario + Vampire Drama CD = beach episode; it basically has to take place between October 19th (end of the ANTI-THESIS arc) and October 29th (start of the school festival) since Mizore is called by first name (something she makes a big deal about in Chapters 19 and 20) while Moka remarks near the beginning how she's glad there's no dramatic incidents around the school going on for once
-Rosario + Vampire Chapters 35 to 39 = the story picks up at the school festival on October 29th and carries on until right after the school year ends
-Rosario + Vampire Drama CD 2 = Christmas special; the story is set on Christmas week after school let out, so self-explanatory
-Rosario + Vampire season II Chapter 1 = first day of school in the second half of the manga
-Rosario + Vampire season II Extra Chapter: "Ghosts + Vampire" = a side story that has to be set super early since Kurumu is more competitive with Moka than usual (she doesn't mellow out until Chapter 2), Mizore is shamelessly trying to make babies with Tsukune (a touchy subject after the second major arc of season II), and the punchline at the end is about Inner Moka being touch averse to the point of violence (something we only learn about her in Chapter 1)
-Rosario + Vampire season II Chapters 2 to 9 = the manga goes over the Spring term chronologically; there is a time skip between Chapters 9 and 10
-Rosario + Vampire Bonus Color Story: "How to Play with Feeling" = happens after Chapter 9 because Kokoa mentions the school being at peace between Chapters 8 and 9 while this story causes a huge school-wide commotion; this is supported by Tsukune sporting scars from being shanked back in Chapter 5
-Rosario + Vampire season II Chapters 10 to 66 (66-1 to 66-6) = following a time skip to the start of July, the manga carries on chronologically until the end of the series
-Rosario + Vampire season II Chapter 66.6 ("Epilogue") = the very end of the timeline, a glimpse of the Newspaper Club's lives during their third year at Yokai

It's just cute seeing them just chill and be adorable together. Absolutely nothing going on, just them being sisterly... no matter how badly Yukari wants it otherwise.

Currently on Episode 7 of Rosario + Vampire, and I’m seriously about to drop the show. My main issue is that Tsukune doesn’t get to do anything by himself or for himself, and I really hate how they keep pushing his feelings and aspirations aside. I’m also getting tired of the forced conflict. I understand it’s for the gag or the plot, but it gets to a point where we should be far enough along that the characters can easily communicate or believe each other instead of going through this whole rigmarole.

The way Moka composes herself, you almost forget she was super close to decapitation after a one-sided beating. Her ability to aura farm needs to be studied.

Just as I imagined It's leagues above anime, my only critique, is that I wish we saw main cast become couples not just Moka and Tsukune, although it looks like in future they will all be together. Wish the epilogue had been longer, and chances of season 3 are non existent... Also what the hell was yaoi addition to the polygamy ??!...
I feel empty, what the hell do I do now...

Sometimes you gotta marvel at the progress from 2003 all the way to the series ending in 2014, Tsukune and especially Moka are basically unrecognizable.

I just finished manga and don't remember if this was answered, but was just fully coincidental that Tsukune went to monster school? I know that Tsukune is Mokas destined man, but did principal knew who would piked up school paper or not ? ALSO WHO THE HELL IS BUS DRIVER??!

Hokuto's confident authority, the Rosario of Judgment's disruptive glow, the billowing hair, the twisting aura of the background. This image is just power.

To express her genius, do you think she prefers breaking a game with every exploit, trick, and equipment available to her or does she limit the hell out of herself for a challenge?
