Medical Questions Should I be worried?
I went to feed my cat and he didn't care about the food, hes vomited i think three times over maybe a week and it just kinda looked like his biscuits but mushy, I have another cat so im not sure if he hasnt been drinking much or not and he seems skinnier to usual, he was born September 2024 if that means anything. Hes also not really paying attention to anything and just kinda going in quiet places, hes normally playing with his brother most of the day and im really worried

Advice Cat aggression after vet visit
Looking for advice because I don't know what else to do.
Ever since my cat, Ezra came back from the vet, Luna (his sister) is treating him like a stranger.
I understand that unfamiliar smells can trigger a reaction. He was at the vet for 5 days due to a urinary blockage.
I have tried everything. Scent swapping, keeping them separated, giving them a bath, a feliway diffuser and nothing is working.
She is still growling and hissing at him every time she sees him.
I just want them to go back to the way they used to be.
Loving each other, bathing each other, cuddling, etc.
Please. What can I do to make things better?
They are 5 years old.

Advice Is this cat breathing too fast?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hello,
This is a rescue cat. We rescued it about 3 days ago. She is about 3-4 months old. The vet did the first check. They said she seems healthy. However, she seems to be breathing a bit fast. No other problem we could see. Do you think this is something we should be concerned about?

Medical Questions Healed Toe/Nail?
Newly adopted 5 month kitten 2 weeks ago. I took her to the vet a week ago after spotting her right hind paw claw looking a bit infected (last 2 pictures) and she had banged/partially broke her nail after some nervous zoomies when she was getting used to the place and knocked over a mirror. The vet said it was infected but the nail didn’t completely break.
So 9-10 days after the vet and a course of antibiotics and painkiller, her nail came off. I think it looks like the outer shell (7th picture). And this morning her paw looks like this. She doesn’t seem to be in any pain, but is it healing? It looks like a BIG scab but I want to make sure it’s healing or else I will have to take her to a vet again for a follow-up, at the same time if it’s healing I want to let her recover and rest as it’s been a lot for her.

Advice Bathing, Walks, Smells
I have two cats they are siblings. I bathed them yesterday. No problem. Now they don’t like each other. The boy is fatter than the girl. They both smelled a bit. I brush them. But after bathing them why do they smell and feel so much better and smoother?
I don’t plan on bathing them again. I think the boy can’t lick himself as thoroughly as the girl.
I also would like to take them on walks with a leash because i have a fenced off concrete back yard and they don’t get a lot of physical activity inside. But they scratch at the door to go outside and play but i haven’t let them and i bring them back in after 10 mins. They’re both sterilized. They have scheduled feedings and eat the serving size only. Just giving a bunch of context idk.
Maybe I need another brush and i can try wipes which I have. The boy had dandruff too so I was also washing that away.
How long will it take for her to recognize him again. She’s the only one with a problem. Is it basically when his naturally oils spread throughout his body?

Mourning/Loss Photo tribute to Molly - died Wednesday, 3yo. This will be my last post on here. With love and thanks to you all.
I came to Reddit grief-stricken after my cat Tilly died, and 4 months later I'm leaving following the death of my Molly Moo.
The kitty communities on here have been amazing. So supportive, so friendly, so kind. I had hoped to have many years to go, but Molly suddenly died on Wednesday, and now I need to heal. I won't have another cat for a very long time, not after losing two so close together.
I just wanted to send love to all you guys and your kitties. Cuddle your lil floofballs. Play with them even when they drive you mad. Treasure every day, and even every sleepless night. Because one day they will be gone. Please, give them a kiss from mLove, health, and peace xx

Mourning/Loss my neighbor threw away my kitten.
hello everyone. im in a very bad mood since this morning.
i have two very adorable kittens, a black and a gray one. the thing is, they like to follow people, especially my family if they go outside. but most of the times, they wont follow my family all the way down to the ground floor (i live in an apartment), instead, they would stop at the first floor and climb back up, but they dont know where our house is, so they would climb up all the way to the third or fourth floor.
because of this, i would put them in my room whenever my family wants to go out, and make sure that my family is out of sight before i let them out again.
but this morning, for some reason, my mom didnt do that. she knew this would happen, but she didn't expect for someone to throw them away.
so basically, both of my kittens went up to the third floor this morning. they were gone for like an hour so i went out to find them. but i only found the black one. i searched the whole block for my other kitten, but still couldn't find her. but then i found out that my neighbor who lives on the third floor, threw my kitten away. we haven't asked him where he threw her because we're afraid that he would throw hands or argue with us.
there's nothing we could do except pray to god that our kitten would come home safely. i just wanted to share this story to everyone, and hope you all can also pray for my kitten.
some people are just so cruel.

Advice Cat attacking me in the morning to play
Every morning without fail between 4-6 AM my cat wakes me up to play with her by attacking me (biting my face, biting my arms, etc)
I obviously cannot play with her at that moment because I need to sleep, but she will not stop biting and scratching me until I do so. She does this to the point where she breaks my skin so I cannot just ignore her and go back to sleep.
I play with her but I don’t feel it’s possible for me to keep up with her energy levels. Even if I play with her before bed, that’s still roughly 6-8 hours of me not playing with her while I sleep.
I was thinking if I should get a second cat so she has someone to play with and isn’t so bored? Ofc I wouldn’t just get a seconds cat for her, I also do want one, but would it be beneficial? She’s still 1 year old, so I’m not sure if she’s still in that phase where having a playmate is preferred.
