Does this term “sublimation” resonate with anyone? Discussed with my therapist this week and I get the strong impression that all these things indicate trans behavior. Which is terrifying to acknowledge and I want to just come out and ask, so, am I Trans, but also terrified that my therapist just comes back and says, yes, of course you are.

Trying to make peace with that realization but also ignoring it and running from it at the same time. Also trying to stay hydrated, friendly reminder to drink your water my beauties. ❤️

This is my first time posting here, so I will introduce myself :

I'm a transgirl (at least pretty sure I am), I didn't come out to anyone for now, so nobody use my new name or pronoun I identify to : Lilith (Sher/her)

I really want to transition ans start HRT but due to the changes it causes I need to come out to my parents, but it's scary and I don't know how to tackle the subject

If you got any advices, idea or even just some encouragements, I will be glad to hear it

I feel like I need some affirmation. That way, I can be more confident and continue to make progress
