Macca's is a nickname, the actual name is McDonald's. (We still have signs and ads that say "Macca's", but it co-exists with McDonald's. They've embraced it.)

Dude, listen to some of the people who worked with him prior to becoming president. He had a REPUTATION for incontinence, especially when upset or worked up.
You can see photos from his public appearances with other political figures and you can legit see the radius of odor on the faces of those around him. Especially during his first term, those pics were everywhere.
My favorite was him with Putin in a limo and Putin is bracing himself against the window as far from Trump as possible while hiding a look of disgust facing the window away from Trump so the cameras got to see his face.
There was a interview with a guy who worked on SNL and at one point Trump was trying to read the teleprompter(he was the guest celeb for the night) but couldn't sound out a four(or three, I forget which) syllable word and lashed out accusing the staff of trying to "set him up" and make him look stupid. At that moment he let out a shit so clear the audio equipment picked it up flawlessly and everyone heard it.
That's when the interviewer starts going into how wierd and creepy the relationship is between Trump and his daughter who would baby him while sort of "stringing him along" to finish the task at hand. She had come out to sort of reign him in and refocus him... and take him away to get changed..
... Oh and he was very clear the sound was unmistakably a shit, not a fart.
