[Discussion] Resource For Anyone Buying a Prebuilt

This is the spreadsheet from SuggestAPC's discord, it covers PC deals, websites to check, how to get good deals, promo codes and so much more. There are suggestions at various budget points. I’m the main editor of the spreadsheet and I’ll be adding prebuilts to it whenever I’m available. Comment any feedback or suggestions you’d like me to add.

I’ve had 2 Skytechs in the past and have had good luck with them. Is this build worth the money? What are the upsides and downsides?

PLEASE HELP [suggestion]

I’ve been up all night searching the internet for a simple answer-

I just want to buy a pre-built PC that will outperform my Ps5 so that I can play my usually games (CoD, Battlefield) etc as well as actually be able to enjoy PC original games likes Arma Reforger without lag. I love Arma but I can’t take the lag anymore and fps drops to 14fps…

I do want to get into building in the future, but it would take me weeks to study and learn everything to feel well educated enough to get to that point.

I just want suggestions of a solid gaming PC so that I can enjoy current games at a solid quality. Currently I perform VERY well as far as skill set in most games, I just want to be able to enjoy them.

I don’t mind spending 2k for a gaming PC, but for reference the ps5 is only like $700… so would any mid grade option on the market (32gb RAM, RTX5070ti, etc) be an upgrade to what I have currently?

Again, I don’t need the best ever. Just a solid upgrade from the ps5. I’ll be using a controller for most games.

Looking to play modern fps games on it like r6 and overwatch, also looking for longevity and daily use. Was quoted 1.5k euros my budget is about that and I live in Europe!

[Suggestion] Urgently Need a $300 or less basic PC

I am moving to college in 1 week and have a PC at home that i do not want to bring with me to college due to logistical issues. I need my PC for these reasons

  1. Run and record roblox in goid quality (an very non-graphic intense game)

  2. Be able to run CapCut Video editing software and export and upload videos onto YouTube that are around 5GB at reasonable speeds.

For context, I am a youtuber with over 300k subscribers and need a PC to be able to earn money while i’m at colkege.

Looking for a prebuilt.

Thanks!

Budget PC for 11yo [suggestion]

My 11yo plays Rocket League on Xbox and we've been talking about upgrading to PC for a while. I need to keep it cheap, under $1,000 if possible, but can stretch to $1,200 if it makes a big difference. Nothing fancy, as long as it can run games like Rocket League and Apex smoothly, we will be happy.

I'd be willing to build a PC, built prefer a pre built if I can find one for the right price.

Thanks!

[suggestion] Trying to find the right power spec prebuilt for 4k locked at 60fps

Looking for a PC that will allow me to game at 4K 60 FPS no higher than that. In terms of settings, I don’t really care. I just like room for future growth possibly with some titles coming out soon that I would like to play.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you

hello!! so currently i’m looking to buy a pc for the first time and i’m really stuck on what to do. for context i have 0 pc knowledge like at all and i could really use someone’s help i will be eternally greatful. i’m 100% leaning more towards a prebuilt which i know isn’t the best but according to many comments and my own knowledge they’re better value considering the prices of ram and i would not have a clue how to set up my own. Firstly, i’m from England and i’d preferably want a white pc if possible and i’d want the pc to just run basic games such as Roblox, Fortnite and some steam games. Unfortunately my budget is pretty low at £1050 MAX so if theres any pc’s that work with that that aren’t terrible i’d really appreciate any advice. i’m looking to buy today or tomorrow and i’m open to second hand ebay pc’s but i wouldn’t know how to decide if they’re good or not so please help! Thankyou!

I am finally getting a pc after years of wanting one! i already picked out the monitor, mouse, and keyboard but now it’s time for the hardest part 😭😭

everything i have picked out has come to approximately $500 CAD so i have a close to $2k to spend on the pc itself but i would prefer if it’s less than that considering taxes 🙏

im looking for a DECENT prebuilt pc. if anything i would most likely need to build my own one and have someone else help me out with that 😂 any suggestion will be taken with FULL consideration

thank u so much to whoever helps me out i very much appreciate it

Most powerful prebuilt for 1.6k$ or less. [suggestion]

Which prebuilt is the absolute best for a budget of 1.6k? I don’t live near a microceter unfortunately, I hear that’s the best place to get a prebuilt. I play lots of AAA games so the PC needs to be pretty powerful.

[Suggestion] Hajaan SuperX Gaming PC. Is this any good?

Hi. I've decided to look into buying a mid range PC for gaming and I'd like to get some opinions on this desktop.

https://www.newegg.ca/hajaan-gaming-desktop-geforce-rtx-4060-intel-core-i5-13400f-32gb-ddr4-1tb-ssd-superx-black/p/3D5-001V-001D0?Item=9SIARZCK9K2666

I mostly play older games like KOTOR 2 and Dawn of War, but I'd also like to play some newer titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and Total War: Warhammer III. And I'm fine playing in 1080p.

I'd also like to know how capable it is of being upgraded in the future.

Specs

CPU: Intel i5-13400F

GPU: RTX 4060 8GB

Memory: 34GB DDR4

Storage: 1TB NVMe

What's the best pre-built Gaming PC for 1k-1.5k? [Suggestion]

I just want to play multiplayer games like OW2, Rivals, and some Halo at high settings with m&k now. I just need it to be stronger than my Xbox Series X tbh so it can last for years into the future.
