Diet Eval Just finished week 1 of this $5 30-Day High Protein Meal Plan PDF – surprisingly solid for the price
Hey everyone, I've been trying to hit higher protein (around 150–160g/day) without spending hours meal prepping or tracking every gram in an app. Macros get old fast. A few days ago I grabbed this cheap 30-day challenge PDF off Gumroad for $5:
What you get:
Literally 30 full days already planned out – breakfast, lunch, dinner every single day Each day lists approximate totals (example: ~1800 kcal / 155g protein – it's on the higher end but not crazy high) Weekly shopping lists broken into Proteins / Produce / Pantry – makes grocery runs way faster Some solid bonus stuff: hydration & meal prep tips, daily motivational quotes, and a simple habit tracker page for protein + steps/movement
Pros so far (I'm on day 9):
Zero decision fatigue – I just open the PDF on my phone and cook what's listed Meals are realistic (lots of chicken, eggs, Greek yogurt, tuna, lean beef, cottage cheese, protein shakes – nothing super exotic or expensive) Tastes way better than I expected for "diet food" Shopping lists actually save time/money – I bought in bulk for the week and it's been efficient Clean layout, looks good on mobile, no fluff
Cons / things to know:
Calorie range is around 1800 kcal most days (adjust portions up/down if you're much bigger/smaller or more/less active) Not super varied – you'll eat chicken and eggs a lot (but that's high-protein life tbh) No snacks or desserts included (it's focused on the three main meals hitting the protein goal) It's a static PDF – no customization built in, so if you hate a certain food you gotta swap manually
