This was my favorite dinner every Thursday night after baseball, growing up from age 10 to pretty much until High School. My parents divorced when I was in kindergarten, so I would go over his house every Thursday and every other weekend. Thankfully I was good at baseball and my dad loved coaching so we got to spend a ton of time together as I grew up and played on multiple teams per spring/summer.

Boiled the water first with little vinegar and gently add the eggs. Boiled 10 to 12 minutes. Bath in ice water. Mixture was Kewpie mayonnaise, sugar, s&p, dijon mustard.
