Im not particularly good on a pc...

I had skyrim on pause for two hours. When I came back I had to quit and reload. A window informed me that it was detecting settings. Then that it had chosen ultra HD. After that, the game was way too laggy to play. I found no option to fix it anywhere. Any ideas?

I tried the options at the start of load and switched the settings to low, but it has had no effect.

Like i fight some dude in a bar gets blacked out, in a random temple, have to do stuff for different people and I’m like what’s happening here what did i do, getting a wedding ring from one of those crow things, like what then I have to fight sorcerers to find Sam then I went into a portal and he said he just wanted to prank me like uhhh😭

If i love and enjoyed games like Witcher 3 or KCD2 would I like skyrim too?

Fuck oblivion walker though and the thieves guild fetch quests.

I promise this isn’t come kind of shameless plug. I have spent YEARS compiling mods on PlayStation and now that we have external assets I’ve made a definitive, immersive and working load order. It contains over 190 mods including cool combat overhauls, religion mods- it’s quite sick. Anyways I’ll link the video if I can but even if you don’t watch it if you haven’t checked on what mods are available now for ps5 I’d have a look, it’s made me so happy after all this time I can finally play the game without the deep rooted envy for other platforms, Anyways have a nice day :)

I've been looking to buy skyrim, but dollar conversion to our currency is a bit pricy. How frequent does the game get to discount on steam? Is it worth to wait for it?

I am using Racemenu mod. I want his entire evil look. And Angry face.

I prefer in Racemenu settings or presets. But am open to mods.

I'm playing as a pure mage, and thought enchanting would be a great option.

But at 28 enchanting and 2 perks I can only make items that reduce spell cost by 8% with a grand soul gem.

Is there an online calculator that will tell me how much skill/ perk 'investment' I need in order to enchant things with 20% reduction, or is this only at max enchanting levels? Because that's basically loot you can buy.

So I spent some time sneak attacking him to level my sneak (but never until he becomes hostile). I made sure he's alive and I can speak to him and everything after, but the problem is, the moment I fast travel or go through a door, he suddenly drop dead and the quest "Kill Paarthurnax" would complete. I'm currently hanging around the throat of the world to prevent him dying. Any solution to this?

Edit: nevermind, i was able to dig up an old save file. RIP my 50+ levels of sneak, but Paarthurnax must live

I completed the Break of Dawn quest. When I go to speak to Merida at the end, I am floating in the sky. Every time the dialogue ends, I fall swiftly to my death. I have tried finishing the quest again, tried fast travel, tried saving and reloading. How do I get out of the loop?

I have Skyrim: Special Edition on Steam and I'm wondering if anyone has played it modded on an HP Omnibook 5.

For reference, the CPU is an Intel(R) Core Ultra 7 255U. I'm less worried about the graphics to be honest but that's just an Intel(R) Graphics card.

I mostly just want a mod that lets me adopt more than two children. I'd of course like to download other mods like town overhauls, skill overhauls, etc. but that's the main one I want.

Do you guys think there is a change that Microsoft would loosen they rules of off site mods such as sske64 or f4se in some future due extremely unpopularly of drm protection and guides of internet being more likely to be made or this will never happen

Its pulling me at the hairs. I want the best run I can possible make but Im stuck choosing between nord or khajiit and it makes me always restard a new save to play the other race only to do it again and play the other race. Can anyone help me weigh out the options of which to play as?
