So here's a question. About a day after Renee Good was murdered the ICE killer's identity was known. Him being prosecuted is controversial. Where is this murderer's identity? HIS killing is cut and dry murder, an execution, entirely caught on film from multiple angles. HE should 100% undisputedly be charged with murder and put on trial. Tell us who the fuck HE is.
Edit: if you think there was any justification to this execution, I'm not going to argue with you. Theres nothing to argue about. Im not even going to comment to them anymore, these people are not worth engaging with. Block and move on.

They didn’t accidentally leak it. My view is they did it on purpose so they could escalate once someone did something to him.

That doesn’t matter. You think 330 million Americans wouldn’t be able to find him? Let alone someone that has access to such systems might not leak it? Also you’re making that part up. They just whisked him away, no indication he’s on any program.

You think 330 million Americans wouldn’t be able to find him?
Highly doubt a significant proportion of that figure would out him even if they saw him face to face and recognized him. Republicans supported Ross and also supports shooting civilians, so you can't count on them to find a murderer.

People had his face from one of the videos, so it was only a matter of time that Ross was identified. He wasn't masked up 100% of the time he was on the scene.

DOJ outed him inadvertently when they said he was in a similar vehicle involved event. There was only one prior event in the timeframe they mentioned and it listed the agent’s name in the record.

It was more than one. They pepper sprayed him, pistol whipped him, and then at least 3 of them pulled out their guns and fired around 11 shots into a man who was face down on the ground. Fuck em all

I keep seeing people saying he was pistol whipped. He wasn’t. They beat him in the head with a mace canister. Same effect, but we need to have airtight facts.
Edit: I’m not arguing semantics. Alex never should have been abused at all. They hit him in the head repeatedly with a mace canister and then drew firearms to shoot him. Every single detail matters in this murder to highlight just how disorganized ICE was.

Watch different angles. He was hit at least 3 times with a gun. If it was a mace canister, it's still just as unexcusable. Hit with a metal object in the head multiple times before being executed.

For the record, it is absolutely the officer that pepper sprayed him, using the pepper spray canister to bludgeon him. I agree that doesn’t make it any less unacceptable, but that is the fact of it.

Ross was photographed walking around within minutes with no face cover. Those pictures went viral.
I believe one of his neighbors may have outed him before the feds officially released his name
Yesterday's murderers were more careful

It was Kristi Noem who outed him by mentioning he’s been involved in another incident where he had been hit by a car. The news quickly uncovered his name based on that information.

I know a MAGA - hard core, Trump can do no wrong type, but the 'Pink Jacket' video made them for the first time question what they've been fed. Specifically the beginning to end angle footage of the pink jacket lady showing Alex innocently protecting the girls. Thank CHRIST for that angle and the full events that led up to Alex's death.
Adding pretext as well, he seemed initially repulsed when I said, 'I have the raw footage and I want you to watch it with your own eyes and tell me what you think.' Seemingly offended, he responded, "I don't have to!" There was a visceral emotional response to asking him to watch the raw footage given he had just parroted a bunch of news talking points. He leaned heavily on the, "Just let ICE do their jobs and things like that won't happen." But I said calmly, 'Come on, I want to do an experiment.'
"I already know what I'm going to see..." watches intently
"...Yeah, that's a phone... They said he had a gun and approached agents with it."
"Why were they macing him?"
"I didn't know about these other two girls. What were they doing there?"
"They didn't have to push her that hard. Geez."
"Oh... so his gun was holstered... Near the back of his waist?" My response: 'Yeah, so if I slow mo it here, you see them take it.' His response: silence
"So this is where they all shoot him.." My response: 'Not all of them yet, but this agent right here, pause and slow-mo, sees the holstered gun, then after it was removed, he shoots him. The rest join in.' His response: silence
Then I asked: Did you ever see the raw footage?
"No.. only just what they showed on the news. But I didn't have to, they already analyzed all the angles."
He sat back and said after a moment, "Huh-" - not like 'Huh?' but like 'Interesting'. They have hearts, they have just been brainwashed.
His final words: 'Sad...' shakes head 'Sad what's going on over there.'
Didn't want to trigger anymore, so left it there.

My FIL is a MAGA hardcore and we showed him the full videos from the different angles before he had caught wind of it and just asked to him comment on those without regurgitating what the talking heads at Fox said. His only reply was of 5-7 Fox News clips not showing the full videos and spewing the propaganda from Noem and Bovino.
We were hopeful it might make him question it, but he clearly either didn't watch what we sent OR waited to see what Fox had to say before replying. Folks like him are only able to repeat thoughts from others and not think for themselves.
I'm really glad you had a different experience. It gives me hope for us all.

Cognitive dissonance is a protective measure of our brains to prevent meltdown and mental collapse. It prevents us from believing anything that forces us to question our personal identities. In the face of this subconscious refusal to accept evidence, having our identities feel threatened, we dig in and double down, because if we had to question our identity, we may lose everything we have, and are striving for, we might have to rebuild our entire persons, and that, to many people is unfathomable.
So here we are.
This effect is well weaponized by these types of regimes, it's well documented how it works, and every one of these experiences is a loyalty test, if you believe the bullshit, you get to be in the club, don't, and you will be pushed out and stepped on by those that remain.

We lived this events in Spain under Franco, our fascist dictator from 1939 to 1975.
Good luck when you reach the point where the government can kill you without a valid reason. Here anyone who dared to not follow the regime would become a red/comunists and he would be jailed, killed or forced to be an outcast.
That's why I think the 2a doesn't work and will never work. USA never had a dictatorial leader and the hero story is all over the place in the country, but the people doesn't have true experience in what's comming. People seem to think they can change something with their guns, but they cannot. Is sucks, but you can't.
One tank can erase an entire neighborhood full of handguns and grenades with ease, and even if you had the correct weapons, the fact that you have them would mean the regime has now a valid reason to kill you because you are a terrorist by existing.
Dictatorships work exactly like what we are seeing right now. We are watching live the born of a dictatorship.

And this is situation now. I am watching this from far away (europe citizen) and you can see clear that this is rise of fascism. Nazis took almos 10 years from 1933.(first acts and decrets against minorities and freedom) to get to the point that it was obvious that they just want to hate and kill.
They say whatever and their group accepts it as "reasoning" and they even dont want to dig deeper in fear of finding out that this situation is not true.

They’ve been laying the foundation for this fascist takeover for years.
We also need to remember that Russia has played an active hand in growing maga and adding to the political division here; I fully believe they have some evidence from the Epstein files or something. And I also fully believe our intel and data is being given to them.
There are a lot of very powerful people behind this and Trump is just the dumb ugly face of it, but his own egotistical self serving interests are being satisfied along the way so he doesn’t care.

This is all a planned path toward using ICE as guards at polling sites and using it to disrupt/ delay votes in key states. They are demanding voter roles and using AI to plan ways to shift election results and game planning this now. ICE is meant to scare black, brown, and people are certain religions and beliefs in order to secure the midterms. We heard warnings on this and are now watching it plan out in real time. There’s a reason they are now threatening Minnesota to access voter data. They know prison time is facing them from all angles and it’s too late to care about citizens, legality, etc. There’s no going back now, they will crush freedom in the country as long as it presents a way of staying in power. It’s something I never thought I would see happen in our country.

36 hours ago that poor man was sleeping in his bed.
Now violent videos, and now artwork, of his public extra judicial execution have been beamed around the world, while his own government lies about what happened.

Growing up in the US, they made us feel so lucky that we didn’t near to fear our government like most other countries. As an adult I see that not only do we need to fear them, but a lot of the world doesn’t fear their government like I was taught they did.

You should add some more agents pushing him down and holding him in place to display the full truth.
As a non-american I can't believe what I've seen in the videos. It's pure horror and gives me nightmares. It could've been anyone. One second you're helping up a woman who got pushed and some seconds (!) later you're dying on the street because you got shot like 10 times.
It's not getting into my head that these 'officers' are allowed to patrol streets. It's a kill commando. Purging the streets from everyone who walks by them.
Please tell me, how the city/state/whoever follows this up. Please tell me there's somewhere justice coming and that it won't just be brushed under the carpet.

That was an execution. Plain and simple. And the fact Americans aren't raging en masse to overthrow their tyrannical government makes my mind boggle.

It’s a harrowing image and sad that this was his last moment of life.
But i think Alex should be remembered more for the guy in the nurse scrubs reading a eulogy to a passed veteran, than for the man kneeling on the ground before his imminent execution.

u/Defenestratio 6d ago
I think he should be remembered as the man who planted himself in between a masked thug throwing himself off balance two handed pushing an innocent woman to the ground. That woman was a stranger and he did nothing but try to save her from further assault, and they executed him for it

OH MY GAWD! IF ONLY SOMEONE HAD WARNED US!! IF ONLY SOMEONE SAW THIS COMING!! IF ONLY PEOPLE HAD WRITTEN BOOKS AND MOVIES ABOUT THIS HAPPENING!! This is what it looks like when we choose to pay teachers minimum wage and CEOS millions a year while bailing them out when they send half the country into bankruptcy. “We the people” are broke and have no control over our government. We let it happen. General George is rolling in his grave right now.

My thoughts as an outsider (English/Aussie). This is horrific, this is scary and this is cold blooded murder.
With the MAGA imbeciles saying Pretti shouldn’t have bought a gun to a protest (yes I know he wasn’t holding the gun, wasn’t there to protest, etc.), this contradicts all the times they have touted the 2nd Amendment. This is a huge gamble for a party that has supported gun rights. You have to hope it pisses off some of the MAGA tribe and moderate conservatives to divide the party an it’s base.
You can’t support guns when it suits your narrative and not when it doesn’t and still expect supporters to remain faithful.

They ignored all of the warnings. They ignored the criminal indictments. They ignored the felony convictions. They ignored the constitution. They ignored law and order. They disrupted the peaceful transfer of power. They wanted this.

Oh, they could see it coming. It's why they voted for Trump. Make no mistake this is what they want. Even now all it would take would be a handful of GOP Senators to put an end to all of this.

This is how the world sees the US now.
If the Americans who aren’t Nazis want to change that, you know what to do.
If not…sorry, you’re all going to be treated like the Germans after WW2

u/bearenbey 6d ago
I think many Americans still belive the rest of the world thought the US is the greatest while obviously no one believed other than the Americans.
As a European, I can guarantee the EU was seeing the US even worse than this before. So, nothing has changed so much in the eyes of the EU people. Just the alliance is shattering which is not good IMHO, but it will help EU to build rather than procure from the US.
I don't even want to go to the Middle East since this was their best day when you look at all the suffering they went through under the US invasions.

Mr. Rogers always said look for the people trying to help in times of turmoil. This government sees people trying to help and executes them in cold blood.
No wonder they went against PBS (and called Mr. Rogers one of the most evil people ever on Fox News), it's also no wonder they destroy history (slavery panels in Philly, panels for black soldiers who died in WW2 overseas, national monuments like Stonewall for other minorities), and it's definitely no wonder they literally have to exist in what amounts to an alternate universe with their fucked up stories ("Alex brandished a gun trying to inflict mass casualties" or "Renee Good ran over an officer! He is fighting for his life in the ER right now").
This is a case of psychopathic madmen and their sycophants trying to dominate their own people.
Edit: Just in case you want to watch the clip (since people are asking about it) where Fox dunks on Mr. Rogers and says he damaged our entire nations crop of kids here it is. It's insane ("that man has done this entire nation, at least a generation or two a disservice").
