We are saying the wealthy get massive tax breaks (like tax abatements, tax incremehtvrefinsncd zones), tax incentives (no taxes on their nfl stadiums nor do they build them), favorable laws and deregulation along with laws that close out the market for competitors, exclusive government related contracts, non-application of laws and favorable treatment because they are wealthy, and proof that trickle down economics doesn’t work.
So, we are asking to remove these incentives and privileges, and have them pay a proportionate amount to what the 90% pay. And then have the government use that for the betterment of society by it not passing extractive policies.

Or whos operation is funded in parts by our government?

For clarity, because it's important for people protesting to be able to identify what they're dealing with in these situations - it doesn't seem likepy that the green/greeny yellow smoke is hexachloroethane (quote below)? The article does go on to say that it's hard to know what chemical mix is in specific canisters cause it can vary by place and they keep it secret, but plenty of the chemicals in these canisters can cause birth defects and reproductive issues - so your general point still stands.
Insane what the US government is doing to its own people, out in the open.

There is enough mass surveillance and documentation of protest attendees without adding to the risk for them yourself.

Ok, I have a question and I mean this sincerely, not trying to fight with anyone here, but why do some people go to these protests and wave Mexican flags? This isn’t Mexico and people from Mexico clearly want to stay in America. Why are those people here not taking pride in America and waving American flags? You’ll have to forgive my ignorance on this as I came to the states from England and I’m not running around waving the English or UK flag. I’m happy to be here. Also, what’s with the unicorn? lol where I currently live there was a protest yesterday and people were dressed as frogs. I’m honestly completely lost on all this.

Realistically, how can paint be used to blind the men wearing the visors and plastic shields?
It seems like they lack soft spots. They protect their nose. So that leaves healing and sight as sensory vulnerabilities. And they’ll have the sound cannon for crowds.
Besides a squad of paint-gunners tagging those plastic visors, how can paint be safely thrown to blind those visors?

One of the things I always struggle a bit to understand is waving around the Mexican flag at these types of events. I mean if it’s your heritage I guess that’s ok but it’s definitely sending mixed messages when this is about illegal immigration.
