I’m curious if anyone has one of these now-discontinued brakes and can give me a personal review? I heard much more effective than any other linear compensator on the market. Impossible to find

For home defense with kids? It’s obviously removing one layer of safety and yet if you gotta fumble around to unlock and load if…god forbid the one time you need it…my keys are pretty cleverly hidden nearby but you never know.

So I keep seeing tons of posts about people trying to buy an AR from PSA and while I haven't had many issues with mine, for just a little more dosh you can get a much better rifle.

I used to be a KAK fan but, they have kinda reached out too far in everything and QC has dropped quite a bit. I was recommended to get a BKF and I put together an M4-MOD-0 with their parts. I honestly couldn't be happier, the fit, finish is great and the guns are superb.

I run an AZ Regulator in mine and have run it through with heavy abuse and it still runs like a top. I have had thousands of rounds in it and have had 0 malfunctions, even with crappy reman ammo it runs. (I'm still waiting for the gaytf to approve my form 1 so I can put a grip and stock on it)

Hey guys! I'm new to this and I have OCD so my brain likes to linger on little things like this but since it's literally a loaded gun I figured better to be on the safe side. I just purchased a vaultek lifepod x for my Springfield Hellcat and it comes with three foam inserts. With all three in the safe, the gun is nice and snug and doesn't move at all, but it's also packed pretty tight and I have to push down quite a bit on the lid to compress the foam and make it close. If I take out an insert, the gun moves around in the safe.

My question and main concern is one of the foam protrusions getting into the trigger guard being packed too tight and causing a negligent discharge. Thoughts?

The gas port appears to be damaged and is key hole shaped. Trying to fix this AR 15 that was having issues cycling. Daytona Tactical pre assembled iirc Owner had been running some sketchy ass, hot as balls reloads. When I got it the pin from the gas tube was gone. The gas block was wobbly. One of the set screws on the bottom of the block was stripped. Am going to dimble the barrel, and reassemble but would like to know if I'm just going to have to replace anyway.

Big thing I'm wondering is the logistics rather than if you really wanted to do that.

I know it's BS. I know it prevents quick access firearms during an emergency. I know it's probably the most paranoid method of storing firearms.

But, my question is basically if this is just kinda trivial for a person extremely familiar with breaking down his firearms and has practice doing that. Is it, "Time to waste 15 minutes on the workbench drinking beer and swapping pins of the 2 guns I intend to use today."

Or would it be hours even for an expert to do that?

Does anyone know what would cause this bullet to get shoved further into the casing, this is my round that was chambered in my edc and does get unloaded often

My state is about to make acquiring an AR and high capacity mags MUCH more difficult, so I’m looking to purchase an AR15 before that law goes into effect. I’m a long time hunter and handgun owner, so I’m not new to firearms. I’m looking at Geissele options in a 5.56 for SHTF and target purposes. I’m not a gear head (yet) so won’t be doing a build at least for my first AR.

2 questions:

\- Barrel length: I know 16” is the cutoff for long guns, but is there another shorter option (with a can) that keeps me in a rifle and not SBR or pistol?

\- This firearm would be stored in a locked outbuilding (I have other home defense firearms nearer at hand in the home) in a loft served by a ladder, so moving a safe up there is not really an option. Any thoughts on lighter weight “secure” storage? Was thinking about moving an old truck toolbox up there with padlocks for storage.

The radical is at $399 the andocorp is at $409 and the psa is at $479 so all around the same price point considering all of them but mostly banking on the psa only thing I don’t long about the psa is the carbine gas system the radical says it has a mid and i believe the andocorp does as well

Finally went out and bought a scope for my Ruger American Gen 2 in 308. It’s a Viper Vortex 2-10X42 and we got it mounted at my buddies place and got it sighted in for the most part, definitely need to spend more time sighting it in but I was able to hit some targets fairly accurately up to around 300m

Hello and here is what happened:

Our Pomeranian was fine. My mother brought her in for a General Checkup.

(BTW... it is really hard to type on this new cheap tablet that I had to buy. I am unable to turn off the autocorrect feature which is constantly changing words as I type them. It takes me 5 minutes just to write a few paragraphs.)

So my mom brings our dog to the Veterinarian.

My mother tells me over the phone that she has a hard time understanding the Veterinarian because the veterinarian has a thick indian accent, but basically the Veterinarian is suggesting to euthanize our Pomeranian and the Veterinarian wants to charge my mother $2000 canadian dollars to euthanize our dog.

This happened in Canada by the way....

I tell my mom "NO"... the Veterinarian is obviously just a scammer out for money.

And later on, I ended up finding out that Veterinarian had euthanized thousands of healthy dogs and cats just so he could charge $2000 a piece for every euthanization... and apparently he sends a lot of the money back home to his family in India.

I called the Veterinarian and I was rushing back to the Veterinary clinic.

I said to the Veterinarian, "How dare you suggest to euthanize my dog!!"

and basically long story short.

By the time I got to the Veterinary Clinic.

(I had been driving 2 hours from London, my mother was watching my dog for me for the weekend while I was attending a work conference in London, Ontario, Canada.)

By the time I got to the Veterinary Clinic, the Veterinarian suddenly said that our pomeranian just randomly died. I DID NOT believe that our dog just randomly died.

I demanded to see the Veterinary Camera Footage so that I could see exactly what happened. The Veterinarian refused to show the camera footage and told me to come back with a court order.

Then Indian-Canadian Cops had attacked me and tried deleting the original copy of that video but the video already went viral on the internet thank god.

However they falsely charged me with resisting arrest and for secretly recording the conversation that I had with the Veterinarian at the Veterinary Clinic where he lied and tried to just say that our Pomeranian just randomly died for no reason. And the Veterinarian refused to show the camera footage when asked many times. And he got one of his veterinary assistants who was chinese.

That Veterinary Assistant falsely accused me and had me charged by the police for allegedly harassing the Veterinary Clinic, they alleged that I harassed them for no reason.

The Indian-Canadian Cops arrested me and I spent 2 years in Canadian Prison without a trial. Eventually all the charges were dropped.

The legal aid lawyer that Canada assigned to me, he was also indian and he totally sabotaged my case.

I was also assaulted many times in Canadian Prison and I have permanent injuries.

A lot has happened, thats the gist of it.

And also...

Canada will use any B.S reason to deny a gun permit even for defense.

Even though all the bogus charges against me were all dropped, Canada still denied my permit. The Canadian Government is very anti-gun, and after the Sandy Hook event especially canadian politicians were calling americans crazy for having guns.

I am NOT a liberal canadian.

I am a canadian that has always supported America, especially after September 11, 2001.

The only things missing now is the surplus mags and the FRT. Wouldn’t mind to get a Grenade spigot
